Individual Counseling
Individual counseling offers dedicated space to slow down, reflect, and reconnect with yourself more fully. Together, we may work on anxiety, depression, mood concerns, trauma, grief, identity, life transitions, burnout, relationship patterns, self-esteem, emotional regulation, spirituality, or the many ways stress and pain can shape our lives.
Many people move through life carrying experiences they've had little space to fully process — stress and overwhelm that have accumulated quietly over time, grief without clear edges, anxiety that doesn't have an obvious source, or a persistent sense that something isn't right. Counseling offers space to better understand yourself and what you're carrying, to develop greater self-awareness, and to begin creating changes that feel sustainable.
Counseling looks different for each person, and what we focus on will depend on your goals, history, and what begins to emerge as we work together. I bring both warmth and clinical depth to this work, and I welcome clients from all backgrounds, identities, and starting points.

Relational & Interpersonal Counseling
Relationships shape so much of who we are our sense of belonging, our emotional wellbeing, our patterns of connecting and protecting ourselves. While couples and family therapy are the most commonly recognized relational services, some of our most significant relationships don't fit those categories.
This service offers counseling for two or more participants attending together. Close friends, chosen family members, siblings, or other meaningful relational connections. It is designed for people who want to better understand the dynamics between them, navigate conflict or disconnection, strengthen communication, or work through a transition or rupture in a relationship that matters.
Friendships and chosen family can carry the same depth, complexity, and grief as any other significant relationship, and they deserve the same care. If you and someone important to you want support in working through something together, this may be the right fit.
Who this is for: Two or more participants attending together, including close friends, chosen family, siblings, collaborative partners, or other meaningful relational connections.
Sessions: 75–90 minutes | Rate: $200
