  • Individual Counseling

    50-60 minute sessions: $175

  • Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise arranged. Accepted forms of payment include credit card, debit card, HSA/FSA cards, and secure electronic payment through the client portal.

  • I currently accept private pay as well as most Aetna and Blue Cross Blue Shield (BCBS) insurance plans.

    Clients are responsible for understanding their individual insurance benefits, including deductibles, copays, coinsurance, authorization requirements, and coverage limitations.

  • To verify your insurance benefits, you will typically need your insurance card and the name and date of birth of the policy holder.

    1. Call the member services phone number on the back of your insurance card to speak to a representative.

    2. Ask the representative to verify information about in-network outpatient mental health telehealth benefits. You may also want to ask about your deductible, copays, prior authorization, and any coverage or session limitations.

    I will also verify available insurance information and communicate estimated copays or costs.

  • For clients utilizing out-of-network benefits, a superbill may be provided upon request for possible reimbursement. Please note that reimbursement cannot be guaranteed.

  • Reduced fee or sliding scale appointments are available in limited circumstances based on financial need and current availability. Sliding scale fees may range from $0–100 per session, though availability is limited.

    If no reduced fee openings are currently available, you are welcome to contact me to be added to the waitlist. Because openings may not become available immediately, I also encourage seeking additional local low-cost counseling resources while waiting for a potential opening.

  • Scheduled appointment times are reserved specifically for you. A $50 fee will be charged for missed appointments or appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours notice.

    Please note that insurance does not cover missed or late cancellation fees, and clients are therefore responsible for the full amount of the fee.
